To support this goal, I designed the Ausbildung.de app from the ground up. From initial concept to final experience, the app was designed to make career discovery more accessible, intuitive, and relevant for young people at a crucial point in their lives.
A clean, minimalist design ensures the content remains front and center. By eliminating distractions, the app provides a frictionless experience that guides applicants directly to their goal: finding the perfect apprenticeship.
Career Check and proximity-based search streamline the discovery process, delivering more accurate results by matching applicants with the right roles in their preferred areas.
From 2013 to 2025, I had the privilege of shaping the digital experience at Ausbildung.de as an external design partner.
Responsible for all things UI/UX, I oversaw the platform’s visual and functional evolution, ensuring that millions of students found their path into the professional world through intuitive and user-centered design.
